No. 07–290. Argued March 18, 2008—Decided June 26, 2008

That is perhaps debatable, but what is not debatable is that it is not the role of this Court to pronounce the Second Amendment extinct. We affirm the judgment of the Court of Appeals.

It is so ordered.

AUGUST 17 and 19th 2008 -- LITTLESTOWN GOOD OLE DAYS. The event starts with a 5K race and parade on the 17th. An old-fashioned festival offering a flea market, craft displays, antique display and hometown cooking in the town park.
